Results Obtained
The project had started with Octopus Video analytics and will continue with Wi-Fi Analytics for customer behavior analysis. Despite being at a very early stage in the project, M&S has already started to collect very valuable, real daily data from their stores. They have just updated their marketing strategy based on the attraction data they’ve gotten from the content displayed through their screens.
