ARTICLE -2- SUBJECT
This Pre-Information Form (“Form”) has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Sales Regulation (“Regulation”) published in the Official Gazette dated 27 November with regard to the sale and delivery of the products specified below with their quality and sales prices. This Form is an integral part of the Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) to be concluded between the Parties and serves the purpose of informing the Consumer (“Buyer”).
Article 3 – BASIC CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRODUCT SUBJECT TO SALE AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
3.1. The information regarding the description, unit price, quantity, and payment conditions of the product, service, and goods subject to sale are stated below and confirmed by the Buyer.

Article 4- VALIDITY PERIOD OF COMMITMENTS
The prices indicated in Article (3.1.) are the sales prices of the product. Prices and promises on the website are valid until updated or changed. Prices announced for a specific period are valid until the end of the specified period.
ARTICLE -5- PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICE
5.1. The purchased service package can be accessed via the internet and by logging in to the User Account.
5.2. The BUYER will complete the purchase process by reading and accepting (i) this Pre-Information Form, (ii) the Distance Sales Agreement, and (iii) making the payment for the service package through any of the payment methods available on the Site.
5.3. After the completion of the purchase process, the service will be made available to the BUYER in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Pre-Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement, and the performance of the service will commence immediately.
5.4. This electronic service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical and software updates, malfunctions, slow internet connection, maintenance and updates to the website, and other similar reasons. Such situations arising from technical and software requirements do not imply a decrease in the duration of use and do not give rise to the BUYER’s right of refund.
Article -6- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The service provided is immediately delivered to the BUYER in electronic form upon completion of the sale by (i) approving this Preliminary Information Form, (ii) approving the Distance Sales Agreement by reading it, and (iii) paying the service fee. Accordingly, since the service is provided to the BUYER in electronic environment immediately after the payment of the service fee and approval of the Distance Sales Agreement and the Preliminary Information Form and the completion of the purchase transaction, the BUYER’s 15./1(g) of the Distance Sales Regulation. ), there is no right of withdrawal from this Agreement.
Article 7 – General Provisions
7.1. In this Form, the Buyer declares that he has read and learned the basic features of the service subject to sale, the sales price and the preliminary information about the payment method, and has given the necessary confirmation in writing.
7.2. Buyer; By confirming this Form in writing, it accepts the correct and complete address to be given by the Seller before the conclusion of the distance contracts, the basic features of the ordered service, the price of the service including taxes and payment information.
7.3. The Seller is responsible for delivering the service in a sound, complete, and compliant manner with the specifications indicated in the order, along with any applicable warranty documents and user manuals.
7.4. In the event that the performance of the service becomes impossible, the Seller shall notify the Buyer of this situation before the expiration of the performance obligation arising from the contract and shall refund the total amount to the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) days.
7.5. If, for any reason, the service fee remains unpaid or is cancelled in the bank records, the Seller shall be deemed relieved of the obligation to perform the service.
Article 8 – AUTHORIZED COURT
The parties may submit their complaints and objections to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court located at the place where the consumer purchased the goods or services or where their residence is, within the monetary limits determined annually in December by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Turkey.
Article 9 – OTHER PROVISIONS
After the Buyer has read and accepted this Pre-Information Form in electronic form, the process of establishing a Distance Sales Agreement will commence.
